FS: PIAA Southern Star White 5100K H11 (Low Beam) Bulbs *SOLD*

I'm offering up my slightly used but in the box PIAA Southern Star bulbs for the low beams of the Sonic. They have a color temperature of 5100K so they have a blue tint but are still bright and put out useable light. These are top quality Japanese market bulbs that my friend sells new for $88 a set plus shipping. I'm asking $50 shipped to the CONUS from the Houston area.

Can you post a pic of the from inside your car and also a pic of them on the car if u can without the glare. I know they are sold, but I'm looking at a pair of h11 8000k 100w and was wondering what yours look like and how blue. I had 8000k on my truck and loved them but that was h.i.d. and these aren't. Thanks in advance.

Be careful with replacing the bulbs as the wiring is only made to withstand the stock wattage of 55w. Going to 100w will eventually melt either the connectors or the little pins inside the connectors. I know this because I learned the hard way on my GMC when I put some high wattage APC bulbs in it and had to track down a burnt pin on the main wiring harness at the firewall. Note that APC is no longer in business.

Damn son haha they looked hella bright why get rid of them??? And those are 55w right they looking good. I want some haha maybe with a little more blue hook me up

I replaced them with another set of PIAA bulbs that are slightly whiter than these.

The PIAAs are 55w but are supposed to put out light like a 110w bulb. I'm not so sure they're that bright in real life, but they do a great job.

Oh true thanks man and damn 88.00 bucks seriously! Is that friend price haha. So are the fog bulbs and low beams the same??????

JDM PIAA bulbs ain't cheap, but they are of the highest quality. I've got well over $600 in replacement bulbs alone on my Sonic.

The fogs are different, they are H8. His eBay listing mentions fog lamps because that's usually where the H11 bulb is used, but GM decided to use H11 on the low beams.

Oh thanks for clearing that up for me Andrew!! Yeah you have a bunch I want like doing my reverse lights in led also change out my license plate lights plus interior haha is it hard to do?

It's not hard at all. The tough ones are the turn signals. It's really not worth it.
