Fuel Injector Install

I spent the better half of the day watching videos and reading guides on how to replace fuel injectors, but two steps are stumping me. How can I relieve pressure in the fuel line, and how do I get the fuel feed pipe removed from the fuel injection rail? I haven't been much of a mechanic growing up but I've been trying to learn how to do everything myself on this car; now I am just stumped.

I tried to find a fuse for the fuel pump to pull to relieve pressure but it seems the 1.4 doesn't have that fuse like the 1.8.

Can't you just disconnect the battery?

Yea I've done that, but pressure is still built up, and can't start the car with it disconnected.

There are threads for this. I may have even posted one. But I did not disconnect the battery. Disconnected the ground and the 2 screws that hold the fuel rail in place and it gave me enough room to do what I needed to remove the stock ones and install the Bosh 42# ones. Super easy

I can't find the right thread for it, just alot of talk about injectors but nothing about installs. Do I not have to disconnect the fuel line? Just unscrew the rail and pull em out?

It's cake. Two things you can do. The black cap on the right side of the fuel rail. Remove it. Push in with a key and a rag on it. It's a valve and will releave pressure. Or you can disconnect the fur for the fuel pump. Start the car and it will release pressure.

No need to remove the fuel feed line. Just snake it up and set it on top of the valve cover. I've replaced injectors probably 10 times. It's cake

Will the computer recognize the 42lb injectors or will it need a tune?
