2012 1.4L LT (LUV) 6-speed, 159,000 miles, factory.
Recently replaced my leaking camshaft cover and it went well. The process involved disconnecting the ignition coil pack for removal, and reinstallation has no problems. Car drove like new. No issues for a week, then CEL came on solid. The scanner says P2097, Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System High Limit. The service manual has a section for "throttle learning" but it might be outside my capabilities. Has anyone had success fixing this code? Will the ECU fix this problem on its own via driving around as normal? Thanks for your time.
