Gas station line from every entrance.

Crazy. I'm trying to get to the store and there is 3 or more long lines out every entrance/exit of the gas station. :sadbanana:

No lines here, but 2 price increases in as many days. Regular 87 has been $2.29 all summer long; Monday $2.39; Wednesday $2.49. Two factors are contributing: Hurricane Harvey, and Labor Day holiday.

No don't go get gas for fun. I am in TX and people are nuts. There is plenty of gas but everyone rushed to get it yesterday and drained the stations. Now we have to just wait for the trucks but it is fine. People are lemmings.

Lines and gas shortages still around this Monday. good thing I had a half tank. Should last till Friday.

Ended up going out of town. Was thinking Buckeys but stopped earlier at a Valero and found some gas for $3.20!!!

Only 87 available. Bought 2 bottles of Gumout Octane booster. Hopefully it raised it from 87 to 89. Or possibly 90-91. It says up to 15 gallons but no info octane increase / ratio / gallon.

10 gallons 87 : 2 bottles gumout = __ octane.

Soo. Turns some boosters use MMT that damages plugs and sensors. Hopefully their additives are engine safe.

I would have tried another station but my gas was low and my phone was dying and I had no charger so I was worried I'd get lost.

Definitely feeling your pain right now. I lucked out and was able to get some 93 this morning on the way to the office. Apparently a lot of the places in my town are only refilling 87, which while I can run it, my other two cars cannot. But that's when they can get a tanker in to fill up too.

What part of Texas? I'm in the El Paso / Las Cruces area and 91 is anywhere between $2.45 to $2.99 here. I have noticed steady increases over time of fuel prices. I think 86 goes for anywhere between a little over $2 and $2.30.
