Getting treated like garbage at dealership..

Being in a rear end collision has nothing to do with paint flexing on the frot bumper. I'm from a family that has owned many bodyshops and I've never seen it happen. Also this isnt the first time I've been read ended in a car. If you lean on a plastic bumper and the paint flakes off then paint was not mixed right in the first place. An additional additive is mixed in so that the paint will flex with the plastic.

Also, my problem isnt the paint... It's the fact they bent the fender tip in so that they could paint the bumper. Now the drivers side corner does not line up anymore. The tip of the fender is pushed in behind the bumper and jammed into the headlight. The entire upper edge of the bumper sticks out from under the fender and tapers off as you go back to the wheel well. All they need to do is take off the bumper cover and pull it back out. I do t understand why it's so difficult. If you can't figure something this simple out, you have no business being a service manager...

I was talking about the first issue not the one caused by the fly by night body shop hacks your dealer choose to mess your car up.
