Spring has finally arrived! I know everyone is looking forward to having fun with their Sonics as the weather gets warmer! Wanted to say it’s been a great experience assisting and getting to know you all on the forum. I will miss this conversation! Starting tomorrow new GM Social Media Agents, Crystal and Jackie, will be here assisting you.

Sad to see her go. I have had an issue with the sonic RS rebate for the last couple of weeks. She was very good at helping me. I have not heard anything from customer service since she's left. I am left in the middle of my problem with no help. Are these new people still helping forum members? I've been sending personal messages to them.

Since they started last week, I wonder how long it takes to go through these threads. I know Vanessa probably left a list, but if I were taking her place I would want to look at the original requests and proposed solutions.

It does look like they are taking up the BringGo issue, which I consider to be a smart move on their part. Now if only we could instigate them to push for adding Yellow to the Sonic exterior color palette!
