Headlight adjustment issue

Not sure if I have a bad housing or if there's something I can tweak to fix this.

Just picked up my 2013 Sonic and the driver's side headlight was way out of adjustment. Brought the low beams back to a normal adjustment height to match the passenger side, but as you can see from the photos the high beam is still way way way low. I can't seem to find any notes on an individual adjustment for high or low.

Does this mean I need to replace the housing? Is there some little trick I can do to fix this? At a bit of a loss here and my Google-fu is failing me

Check the bulbs. If they're LED replace with halogen.

Issue was present before the LEDs were installed

Also - Led's are known good replacements - that have 1:1 halogen formfactor. I use them in my Silverado and several other vehicles in the family have them. These are not $20 Chinese bs

The LED'S are 100% not the issue

ordered a new housing. cant find anything else, so replace it is the next best thing. driving me nuts not having that high beam right.
