When I tried to adjust the flow of air from the floor to the front vents the control knob was hard to turn. I forced it and know it turns properly, but the air flow is stuck on the floor and does not change to the defrost or front vents. Is this an issue of the control cable coming out of its guides, the control panel needing to be replaced, or the mode control cable needing to be replace. Thanks for the advice.
