HID Low Beams

Did a quick easy modification

Low Beam converted to Plug-n-Play HID Kit OPT7

Looks good and lights up the road well..now to upgrade the fogs.

Could you explain to me why the Sonic needs a relay? Is it because of the daytime running lights? I've never had to deal with a relay harness with any of my other vehicles but they don't have DRL's. Correct me if I'm wrong, but for your relay harness, all you had to do was connect to the bulbs, put your positive on the positive battery terminal and then ground it? Thanks!

I found an HID kit for the Sonic on Amazon.com. It is made by a company named Apex. It was very easy to install. It cost me about $30.
