You can log a wot rin and check it yourself but you'll need to calculate the crank hp by the formula. Hp=tq*rpm/5252
You will also need this super cool program that you can find over at the Cruze forums...

This will let you export as .csv file and then you can play around with it in excel or something similar to excel. You could even make a formula that you can find out your injector duty cycle. Such as idc=rpm*(pulsewidth{ms})/1200 and then you get the value as a percentage.
