yea you might be better to drop it out the bottom, didnt notice you had a manual tranny.. clutch might not give enough clearance.. and honestly probably easier to line up on the ground haha.. was tight coming out the top with the auto..
regardless drop entire front end struts and all, then you wont have to touch the axle nuts, just remove calipers and disconnect brake lines/abs from strut and unbolt upper strut mount , usually do it this way on minivans haha.. disconnect the steering rack, lines etc exhaust all down the line and so on but if you have a hoist its easy pezy.. on the ground this is a bit more unless ability to get car high enough up..
