How to remove gray dash pieces

I have seen a lot of posts that tell people how to remove the trim around the radio and tach. I have been searching the forum to see if anybody has removed the gray colored pieces on the top of the dash and front door panels.

I have finally gotten mine removed and if anybody wants instructions on how to do this please let me know. I would be glad to give you instructions on how to remove these pieces without causing any damage.

Please note that the piece on the passenger side does require removal of passenger airbag. DISCONNECT BATTERY BEFORE ATTEMPTING. I can give you step by step instructions and also E-Mail photo reference pictures on how this is done.
