Now I have a 1.8L engine now this may our may not be the same for the 1.4L turbo, the plastic housing that the air filter fits in ( on the right side of the air filter housing on the bottom) there is a part of the plastic that protrudes out underneath and just " sits" on a piece of flat metal that is part of the passenger side fender. There are NO screw holes in the plastic part that rests on metal plate below that is part of the passenger side fender. I pushed my hand and held down the air filter housing and the rattling sound got waaaay worse that's how I found the problem. I just pulled the right side of plastic air filter housing ( the part that is directly over the belt on the front passenger side of the engine) up and bingo no more rattle at all. It does not look like there are any screw holes for screws to fit in that part at all from what I saw. Pass the word along !
