In Car Trunk Release

So what happens if we lock the keys in the trunk and the car is locked?

If you've opened your trunk and dropped your key in, your trunk should still be unlocked as you need your key to press the button to lock the car.

Okay, this may be a stupid question but I cannot find a in car trunk release for my Sonic lt. Does the car not come with one? And if it indeed doesn't am I the only one that finds this odd?

We have a 2013 Sonic....open the backseat, there on the inside next to trunk latch is a glow in the dark pull cord...pull that. Your trunk will open and should work fine thereafter...even in the cold Maine winter good luck!!

Hatches don't get trunk buttons, and any manuals won't have remote start available.

Is there any way to get the hatch to release with the remote trunk button? I had to replace my fobs and the new 1 has a trunk release, the lights flash when I press it but it doesn't pop.
