Installing a New Antenna.

I'm looking to install a New Antenna on my Sonic LS and I'm not really sure how it comes off & I didn't see it in my Manual. So is there a Video i could find to see how to Do it?

The antenna simply screws off the base. The base actually attached to the roof doesn't come off easy, and wouldn't be recommended.

Wouldn't be recommended, why is that? Also if not recommended then how did all the members with the sharkfin antennae install them??

is there a lower portion between the roof & headliner? and the shark fin fits into those holes?

The shark fin fits over the stock antenna base.
