Issue after refueling

Hi all,

Have been having this issue lately after refueling. Car won't turn on or keeps turning off. RPM remains below 1. After like 10 min trying, car turns on and works perfectly.

Scan didn't provide any answer. What can this be?

Evap or purge valve in the tank. "topping" off the tank will cause them to get clogged and get air in the tank.

I literally had this same problem and just got my purge valve replaced which also resolved my check engine issue. Two days later and my check engine light just came back on again.
