Jet plug and play

I'm wanting to do a tune. I know the first tune ur gonna tell me to do is the trifecta tune. I don't wanna do a flash I wanna plug in and go. Has anyone used the jet plug and play module yet

I used one one my '00 Silverado with a 4.3 v-6 and was less then pleased with it.

It's a signal interceptor and the gains were next to nothing. When I picked up the Hypertech tuner to tune for new tire height I really noticed what Jett really wasn't doing with the gains I got from a tuner vs a piggy back just changing the signal vs actually having the computer retuned.

Also, if you go with Trifecta (and possible Vermont Tuning) you get the tune tailored to your car and mods vs throwing parts at a canned tune (tune designed for all cars in a class/motor) that never gets adjusted and if anything might lose power.

What worried me is with the trifecta was that i don't know if u.can go back to the factory tune. I have a lifetime powertrain warranty and I would hate to void it

$ub$sonic check out the trifecta tune threads about that in the "Bad New Racing" forum, i believe there is a thread specifically about that question. one of the big advantages of their tune is that it is not detectable by GMs scan tools, but it must be flashed back to the stock tune before going in for service. luckily you will have your stock tune on your lap top and afterwards you just flash back your tune.
