Hi everyone. Just joined the group. Have owned a 2012 Sonic for about 15 months, got it used with ca 29,000 miles, seemed like a very logical choice for a small, utilitarian car, and of course it's a blast to drive as well, with surprisingly responsive handling. FYI, I just had some work done since the ignition key refused to be pulled out roughly half the time, and I was getting atrocious gas mileage (average of about 19 mpg). As to the latter, the local dealer (in Naperville, IL) found a cracked fuel nozzle and thought that was the culprit. So I'll do a new fuel calculation soon to see if that did the trick. At any rate, I really like the car. And my other car is a 2004 Jag XJ8 - also fun to drive, but an altogether different driving experience.
