He just text me,he is picking up his car and he said they had mine on the dyno
and he said you can hear the turbo and the bpv loud.

1st 1.8 K&N Typhoon Intake System
Here's all of the pics I took. I want to take a video so you guys can hear what it sounds like. And it is a Typhoon system.
When I open it up it has this really deep growl that sounds especially nasty under load.
I tried getting on the throttle on the way home but there was a bit of traffic. But it did feel like it has a bit more power. I'll update after driving it around some more.
Dyno:
+5.12hp @ 6003rpm
+4.81lbft @ 4531rpm
Blue is stock, red is K&N

hahaAlso, I was able to look at sonic hotness's 1.4T while I was there. They were running it on the dyno. He wouldn't let me take a pic since it was still the prototype "test tube" but it looks very similar to the 1.8 system (only different bends). And as said before, the turbo "whoosh" is really loud.
