Key FOB buttons replaceable/interchangeable?

Still have my beloved Sonic. The key fob buttons are cracked and one button has come off. I can used the face of another key fob on one so I dont have to get
a new one reprogrammed?

Yes. .. you can buy them on Ebay or Amazon. Just change transfer the circuit board into the new case .. . not just the "face".

Oh cool.. I assume I need to use the old metal key part and then the circuit board on the new fob?
