LED & Incondesint Bulb sizes

Okay so I noticed that there isn’t a very solid lead for the exterior and interior lighting upgrades on the 2nd Gen Sonic so I went out and did the trail and error to find out.

For Exterior lighting you will only be able to do LED turn signals if you add a power equalizer into the mix this can’t be done at the fuze box it must be done at the end of each bulb. This applies to front and rear turn signals only.
I personally recommend you do a mix between the two but I’ll list all sizes in case.

FRONT LOW BEAM-H11LL

FRONT TURN SIGNAL-7443A(LED) or 7443NA(Incondesint)
FRONT FOG LIGHT-2504W(LED) or 2504(Incondesint)

Also, if you're reading this thread, don't forget to re-aim your headlights if you've converted to LED. The scatter is significantly wider, so if you toss them in, you'll be the a-hole blinding everyone else.

i liked the look of switchback LED's for front signals.. found it cleaner looking with white running light over the amber... went nice with the led headlights/foglights..

as for aim, if you install and set up the LED light properly you wont have much of an issue, but this also applies for a quality LED thats engineered to be plug and play AND DOT approved for use in a halogen housing, not all are i had no issues with the ones on my sonic, and i use exact same bulbs on my caravan and no problems, but found the sonic focused the light alot better with the smaller housing.

My passenger rear reverse bulb went out so I ordered LED replacements. Philips "921LED" the pair cost me $13.39 2 weeks ago on Amazon but for some reason they are selling for $21.28 today.
Anyway I put them both in and now the driver side did not work. I tried re-seating it, twice but no luck. I took it inside and connected it to 12V and it worked. Then, stupid me, I realized that LED bulbs are polarized and I saw little + and - marks on the terminals. I connected the - side to the black wire and the + side to the white wire, and it worked. LED bulbs are polarized... lesson learned.

Is it the same for a 2018 sedan?

The brake light is 7443 per the lists above but the Philips and the Sylvania website say 7440 instead.
