I really love the look of these wheels and I'd like to get a set of them in 18" for my black RS. I really don't know much about wheels/tires and sizing so I'm looking for some help in that department. I don't want any rub and I don't want to buy something that won't fit.

Also, where can I find them to purchase online?

I called one in the UK and they said that these wheels won't fit our bolt pattern...but jetta (a member on this forum) has them on his car. They look fantastic. How did he make it work?

Prob with some adapters

Bolt them to the car on your factory studs and then use the new studs on the adapter to bolt the new wheels up. Also if you get a narrower wheel you can use the adapter as a spacer to flush up the wheels also.

Yeah his car is from Thailand and they run a four(4) lug set up over there Vs. our five(5) lug. That's how he got them bolted up, you would most def need adapters.

Chevy sonic has a 5 x 105 pattern and you will need a 4 x 100 to mount up those wheels. Hope this helps.

So I need to find an adapter that has a 4x100 bolt pattern that will work on a 5x105? I tried googling it and came up with confusing results.

I searched through that thread a bit and couldn't really find anything pertaining to my issue. What site should I use to find the right adapter?

they look just like the works emotions cr. Work will also drill for our bolt pattern. I believe they said wheels would be about a grand for 17s and take 3-6 weeks to be made then delivered

Yeah, Work is a very reputable wheel company in Japan. (Ask almost any import car fanatic) The Lenso's are replica's of Work's Emotion CR Kai. There are several other companies that make inexpensive replicas of their wheels.

Some of the more popular ones include:

Rota Torque
Drag DR31

I don't know what kind of fitment you are aiming for, but in general, you will want a higher offset if you use adapters. (unless you want them to stick out past the fender)
Also, try to stick with the same number of bolts for adapters (i.e. 5x105 to 5x114.3) since going 5 lug to 4 lug can be a bit weird and further limits what kind of adapter you can get. If you want to redrill the bolt pattern, a 5x100 wheel will probably be your best bet.

Once you start getting custom bolt patterns drill you pay to play.. When they are mass producing say 5x100 they can cut cost. When they are only making 1 set of 5x105 the price goes up a bit too.

But works is a very well know company when it comes to wheels. Some of the cost I also believe is shipping. The wheels are made in Japan then sent to a dealer in the United States.

oh no problem. If you like that style and want to save some money look into the drag wheels. They have a lot of styles very similar to that and usually dont run over $500
