Little help please...anyone know how to remove the rear seat?

I searched the forum and could not find an answer.

My little kid spilled pediasure milk down the back seat without anyone knowing until it started to stink.

I tried cleaning where I could reach but the stink did not go away.

I would be very greatful if someone could descibe to me exactly how to remove the rear seat (cusion and upper) so that I can access the area and clean it.

I have the 2013 sonic hatchback LTZ with pleather seat covers.

Worked perfectly thanks......I put my hands down the back of the seat and worked that portion up first until it stopped (about 30 degrees) then I put my hands under the front of the seat and yanked it up. Came right out on first hard yank. The floor insulation was damp and foul smelling. Fortunately it had a bar code on it with a replacement part number. I will try and get a new one from GMparts direct.
