Low beams inop but high beams work

I had to drop off my car at a dealership for a transmission issue. They had to crack open the transmission to check it out. When I dropped it off, the low beams were working. When my girlfriend picked it up about 2 weeks later, as I am deployed, the low beams were not working. However, she didn't realize until that evening when they were needed. She went back to the dealership and they checked the fuse for sure and said they don't know why they aren't working. They had even annotated that the low beams weren't working when they test drove my car after fixing the transmission. It's both low beams that don't work. However, both high beams, both parking lights, and all other exterior lights work. Anyone have an idea what could be wrong with my car so the dealership doesn't yank my girlfriend around? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Do the daytime running lights work? It could be a relay. Not sure if both the drive and passenger are on the same relay though usually they are not otherwise the problem could be the body control module....

Flux Capacitor in the Control Module for sure.
