Lowering my Sonic

I have a 2015 Sonic hatchback that I'm thinking about getting lowering springs for. I have the factory LT wheels on it now, but that may change in the future. I was curious if anybody had suggestions on a brand of springs I should shop for or how much I should lower it. I was thinking about 2 inches but I doht know what size wheel I would be able to fit under it after.

I went down 1" with my B&G lowering springs (The S2 kit)

2" is on the max end I think... lower you go, more jouncy the ride is, more scrapes..

I don't THINK you'll have tire issues... at least with 17's and a direct size replacement... I did put 5mm spacers on mine for the look, but honestly, 5mm is the width of your pinky fingernail...

I did now I have ASA GT06's 17's but wider

I lowered mine 30mm & have 20mm wheel adapters fitted with the standard RS 17's, no issues.

I started looking at Kspeed springs on eBay but the ones I found are for a 2011 - 2012 model. Will those work for a 2015 or is there a difference in the suspension??

rears are super easy, just need the right tools...

Fronts weren't bad, need spring compressor, torx bit, big wrench 23mm I THINK.... there's a write up on it.

Yeah, it's not bad... I did it (which means ANYONE can )

I did use two jacks (OEM and an aftermarket one). Wrenches, spring compressor, rubber mallet, torx bit, screw drivers, plastic clip removal tube.

I also used camber adjusting bolts for the upper of the two strut bolts right behind the wheel... your cable will be out slightly without it... but nothing too major if you're not dropping too much..

I thought I saw on here somewhere, someone complaining how the stuff for the previous year didn't work on his 2015 suspension? I could be wrong though
