If you want your car slammed coilovers is the best bet although there pretty pricey I've seen some cheaper ones like God Speed etc for around 650 .00 BC are around 900 to 1k . I have CX racing coil overs had them on for about 4 years now I seen them on e bay but I know they don't make them anymore they look exactly like the BC coilovers kit , advantages they are ajustable as heck both hieght and ride stiffness shocks are ajustable as well and if you want the extreme drop take the rear ajuster out and just ride on the spring the tire will be under the fenders . I rode like that for awhile with no problem on so cal Roads the car sits high underneath not too much to hit the ground I just advize to pick the spring rate in the rear a little stiffer than what the kit comes with . I am planning on upgrading to at least a 280lbrear spring possiblity of a 335 lb spring ,
The rate in the rear for the CX kit was too soft for me passengers and or luggage it drops too much but other than that I'm happy with them a lowering spring will only give you 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 I think I was almost 4" dropped .
