Okay sooo hear me out, I've been thinking about this for a very long time and have been wondering what others opinions may be, so please whether it be criticisms or real thoughts have at it!
Now, I have a 2020 hatchback RS I got back in September of last year, I used to have a 14 but loved the new look and just thought I'd get one before they got discontinued, well with the somewhat recent release of the C8 corvette I've been thinking. I love the way this sonic looks and feels, I've always wanted to build a very unique/monster of a car, I know there's already a rally car sonic that had an LS3 swapped in and we'll, that sparked my imagination. Because I want to keep my front half of the interior as stock as I can with minor changes, I was tossing around the idea of the Gen V LT2 6.2 from the C8 along with the Tremec 8 speed that's already mated to it or even the twin turbo LF3 from the CT4-V and completely turn my hatch into a mid engine 2800+ pound beast... yes I know the costs and yes I know the fabrication time and hassle it will all be but that's not any problem at all. As stated before I'm open to any and all thoughts and options, whether it be plain **** talking or legit technical advice. Of course I will be racing the car as well thank you all for the responses in advance. Hope to learn more
