Mis Shift?

once upon a time, in highschool I had a 1980 jeep cj-5 little lift, 35s, 4cyl 4 speed etc etc.. anyways, my gf always wanted to ride with the top n doors off, I said no you wont like it cuz ur hair will go everywhere yadda yadda so im driving her to softball practice, we don't get 1/4 mile down the road n shes bitchin.. I think I was goin from 2nd to 3rd or 4th to 3rd or something// she punched me in the arm durning the shift ( u had to double clutch that old thing everytime lol ) cuz I was making fun of her, went into 1st, dropped the clutch like a typical shift... lol tires locked up sounded like it was doin 11k rpms lol it wasn't fun

LMAO the $$ shift!!! hahaha, that Honda sounded sexy, that was easily 10/11 k rpms, that's exactly what mine sounded like when I threw a rod,
that inegra in the first vid sounded amazing too, my tires didn't throw the jeep like that but the tires smoked the back 2 locked haha engine died, put it in 3rd let the clutch out pop started it and it was good... broke up with her that night

Everyone sometime in there life will shift wrong... Ive had my arm slip on my previous manual cars... while racing mind you... And by me missing the shift I lost the race. I didn't shift into the wrong gear but I did completely miss the shifter because I had got into habit of pretty much smacking lol.

When I was test driving cars before I chose the Sonic, I hadn't driven manual for a while, but was raised in one, so I'm not a noob. It never failed, I'd stick it in third and kill the damn car right off the bat first thing on each test drive..lol. Way to give the sales people confidence when they already look at me with questions when I say I want to TD the manual cars.

i test drove a hyundai veloster prior to the sonic and they only had an auto on the lot, ive been driving manual cars for the past 5 years and the only auto i drove regularly was a column shift, so i get in the veloster and put it in reverse and go to take off, salesman is looking at me like im retarded.
