1. MSD ignition control system
2. Turbo Kit
3. Inter-cooler Kit
4. PCM Tuning kit
5. Hyper Grounding kit
6. Larger than stock capacity fuel pump
7. Larger than stock injectors.

Yes I have a 1.8L NA and yes i plan to run about 10-15lbs of boost when complete. Stock HP is around 140. projected to be around 200 hp with these upgrades. need some help though. And yes i plan on making this sonic better than the less than stellar RS. I think i'll re-brand it as an ss or a z model.

Would items 6 and 7 from a 1.4 work? Actually, are the OEM injectors and pump the same from the 1.4 to the 1.8? If the 1.4 parts are higher capacity than the 1.8 counterparts that seems like the easiest upgrade.

im projecting 200 because i dont want to push too far too fast. i've seen first hand what happens when you do. Kaboosh comes to mind. still have to do some more research. been doing math all night to make sure it works on paper.

2. Turbo Kit.. You have to make the manifold or buy the euro parts
3. Inter-cooler Kit make it ..
4. PCM Tuning kit... Hp or efilive is the only one for this ..
5. Hyper Grounding kit..... Check cruzetalk for the big 3
6. Larger than stock capacity fuel pump. Stock pump will hold your power
7. Larger than stock injectors... FIC injectors

I just picked up a set of 1000cc but my set up is different.


For your set up I would use 52lb injectors.. And a boost a pump I'm working on modifying the FPCM so a BAP won't be needed but I'm waiting to hear back on that

The "less than stellar rs" comes with a 6 speed and a turbo motor that can push 200hp for far less money and has a big turbo kit that's pushing 300ish to the crank...

And how would you accomplish this push to 200hp?. It only comes Stock with 138hp.
