it holds up nice but if you are going to keep it i would suggest using the mothers interior cleaner, it kinda seals it and makes it less likely to pick up dust then straight dip. honestly i just did it to see what i like and will be removing it and painting it for real once i can afford it
easy, ive explained how a few times but basically, take a stick to push in the bar that holds the pin for the steering wheel, when that pops out just pull off the trim the steering wheel controls screw onto that
The dash looks nice. Did you do the black fake "inserts" on the rear doors as well? That's one thing that bothers me, it seems like most cars forget about color matching when it comes to the rear of cars.
i didnt do the rear doors just yet, not sure if i will. i didnt originally do them black cause they at least matched the door. i really hate the light grey color. i also hate the titanium color so i will be slowly parting out a new interior for this car as i see wrecks/ebay or the va decides they want to pay me.
actually rdss i will try it out this weekend with some dip left over, may have to get more but i think the back rears would look nice. the red is sharp inside. it kind of looks like the brick in some photos but its nice in person.
yup red dip. i prefer to dip it now see if i like it and if i do when i buy the black i can decide if i want to rock a SEM red paint instead. I dont mind the blue lights but i agree red would be better.
