My new 2013 Sonic RS!

For those of you that don't know I've been anxiously awaiting my Sonic since I ordered it on August 31st. Since then, I, along with many others, have faced setbacks. My car was scheduled to be produced in mid October, but as the date approached I was informed that it was now going to be the first week of December when I would get my car . So I waited and waited, and finally last night my dealership salesman emailed me and told me that my car had arrived.

Coming from someone who's never purchased a car, the paperwork and financing process was long and arduous. Nevertheless, I was able to finally get out of there (with a slightly less than satisfactory APR) and get in my brand new Victory Red 2013 Sonic RS. To put it simply, I'm loving it . I took a few pictures last night as well some this morning.

Tint, intake, and catback when tax return season hits, and MAYBE a tune. I still need to look into the logistics behind the warranty and losing it lol.

the intake and cat back will only make more noise without the tune... just putting that out there.

Get the tune it's worth it, plus can always flash back to stock if your worried about warranty coverage.

I think I've said before that my username derives from the nickname that I gave my, now sold, 02' Z28 Camaro. I created and used the username on LS1tech and camaro5 before I came here, and when I did I just brought the username over in case someone recognized me (Becky actually has lol). But, I wouldn't complain if my Sonic ever made enough power to leave a few Mustangs as road kill .

Oh I want the tune believe me, but I think that it is very important to get some of the more basic mods out of the way so that you can have those factored into the tune to begin with to capitalize on power gains. I'm planning on getting it, promise . I've done my fair share of modding.

If you go with the full tune you can just data log it and get the gains when you add in more power parts. The tune is the single biggest bump in power you can get.

I'm sure the chant will begin soon.

If ya grab tune before end of month it's only 300 for full tune with cable. Minor upgrades are free for life so you could keep updating it as you add things to the car. Plus doing that would allow everything you added to actually add power to your car instead of noise.
