First, let's take away 2 of the yes votes, because we know one was VTuner and one was Ranvette. So that leaves 4 yes votes.
Now let's take away 1 of the "no" votes, because I'm sure the OP voted "no". So that leaves 22 no votes.
Let's pretend everyone had a nice even $2000 to spend. $2000 x 4 yes votes = $8000 in sales. Not really going to call it a successful Half, Quarter, or even Month with that number.
$2000 x 22 no votes = $44,000 in LOST sales. $44,000 is the kind of sales that can move the needle and make or break a small company. But those sales are all gone...all over a $400 turbo that VTuner could have replaced in good faith as a one time gesture to keep a customer and not scare other potential customers off.
I think if I'm a business owner that I'd realize a $400 investment to potentially save $44,000 in sales is a sound investment. Just saying.
