Would a simple straight pipe on a 1.4L Sonic SDN sound nice?

Best exhaust combo i know of for a 1.4L that wont get you in trouble is a zzp 1.4L w/o the resonator since its turbocharged there isnt much drone...plus you can hear the whistle whine ALOT BETTER, I'd also recommend a bigger downpipe and tune for the 1.4L

Since you mentioned ZZP I’m assuming you mean a certain type of muffler? I’m not extremely familiar with this too much so if you could recommend one for me, I’d greatly appreciate man.

I’m replacing my resonator tomorrow so that will be my first step

they have exhaust combos for the 1.4L that wont break the bank. I'll send you a link of the best setup that I know that'll give you the most performance but not alert cops dude.

This is the whole shebang. Includes downpipe, front pipe, midpipe and muffler. Its $750 but its awsome. If you want a cheaper just catback for the 1.4L its $389.

Depends on if you maintain the 1.4L well, just need to watch out for the coilpack and spark plug issues as well as the thermostat housings. There are uprated options to fix the issues.
