Ideas I personally like so far:
Disc brake rears
New lug pattern
Go along with the Trifecta tune, but use the full version and see how much power you can get out of it...
THEN
If time permits, do a dyno run with the Trifecta and a dyno run with a full custom tune to see just how good the Trifecta really is.
Retrofit quiality coil-overs. I'm thinking Blisten or Ohlin.
Turbo swap
Transmission overhaul
Other ideas I'd like to add:
Going along with the weight reduction: See how light you can actually make it! Gut the interior, lightweight panels, aluminum/carbon bucket seats, pull the air conditioner, the works!
I know it's available, but I haven't seen it on this site yet: big brake kit for the front end.
Low drag side mirrors
Hardened bushings (GET RID OF THAT DAMN WHEEL HOP!)
T/C Stabillitrak override
Stiffer anti-roll bars, front + back
I've got more, but I'll have to think on them.
