I am new to the Sonic but am planning on ordering a 2014 sedan dusk edition soon. Just trying to find out as much about the Sonic as I can.

Kinda funny that one dealership here doesn't know much about the Dusk edition and really doesn't seem interested in selling one, go figure.

Ok. I am now a new Sonic owner. I have just purchased a new 2014 Sonic sedan dusk edition. I should pick it up later in the week. They have found one in Tennessee that they are going to pick up for me. It is fully optioned out and I will have them install the RS suspension on it as soon as it arrives. The other options (cold air induction, Millwood brake package, exhaust) are not available yet according to their parts department. Looking forward to learning about this car. Oh, by the way, I haven't even driven a Sonic yet. Talk about buying on faith.....

Hey man, what part of AR? I'm from north LA(read Louisiana, not Las Angeles) Don't see many sonic's around. especially not turbo hatches.

I'm in the central part, Little Rock. I have seen a few here and unlike the majority I prefer the sedan other than the hatch, and when I seen the dusk package I decided that was it. What do you have?

Ahh gotcha. I get up your way with work now and then. I have a '13 1.4/6mt black hatch. Bone stock except for trifecta tune.

My bad, somehow I missed the sedan at the beginning. I dig the little sedans too. The main reason I went with the hatch was space. Overall there is technically more cubic feet in the sedan, but I can lay my back seats down and fit some of the huge/many boxes I carry for work.

Understand about the room for the boxes. I am just partial to the sedan look and honestly wasn't even considering a Sonic but I decided to downsize and came across some pics of the dusk package. I don't know, I just was taken by it and decided I wanted it. I can pick it up today but I'm going to leave it at the dealership and have the RS suspension kit put on it. Unfortunately, they told me the brake package, cold air induction and cat back exhaust upgrades are not available yet.
