Oh this topic relates to a huge pet peeve of mine. I usually set my cruise at about 80mph which is 10 over the speed limit. I agree with the leapfrog statement if I let you pass and then you slow down I will not move over for you again. Most people who cruise in the passing lane will move over when they see a vehicle coming up behind them, but then you have the occasional person who is going 20mph under the speed limit sitting in the passing lane like its a one lane road and they have no intention of moving over and these **** tards are so oblivious to their surroundings that they probably don't even realize that there are other cars on the road with them. I get upset when I have to interrupt my cruise control to slow down and switch lanes and get back over. I know some states have laws where the passing lane is only for passing but in Florida the passing lane is just another lane for the old retired people to drive in
