Order status

I ordered my car on September 26 and it has been sitting in 1102 ever since. I was just wondering if you guys think I should call my dealer or with the constraints on the LTZ turbo right now is what is holding it up. I keep checking just to see if GM has even accepted the order which they have not yet...

I ordered my LT last week, and the order went through in the beginning of this week with order to "expedite to customer." Just updated today with 3000. Order accepted by production control. Parts being ordered and production process is underway.

Ltz Turbo order delays

I was talking with a marketing rep from Detroit last week, who told me that turbo production was delayed while engineers are correcting some noise issue with the turbo set-up. He expected production to resume early November.

It's weird that only the LTZs seem to be getting delayed. My 1LT with the 1.4T just hit code 3800.

Status 10/11/2011 - (3800) Order produced and vehicle is being prepared for shipping. For Cadillac, GMC and Buick customers, please contact your dealer or customer service for further updates as no further updates available at this time.

Already getting the car for 17200 which is i believe 1000 or so below invoice and i do realize its not the dealers fault. Was mainly wondering if anyone else was still waiting for gm to accept their order for the LTZ with turbo to be accepted by gm

My original order (LTZ Turbo) sat at 1102 for nearly a full month before I cancelled and set up a new order for an LT Turbo.

I did think 1102 was a strange status to get "stuck" at for the constraint issue, but that does seem to have been the only holdup, as my new order has been moving fairly quickly.

I posted this one of the other threads but I work for a dealership and have had a Black LTZ turbo ordered since August and after multiple calls to the Dealer business center I finally got a targeted production week of November 21st out of them. The system did not reflect what they told me yesterday today but hopefully this well give some idea of when your cars would be getting built. Right now it appears LTs are going very quickly through the systems just the LTZs are being held up

Why only the LTZ Turbo's and not the LT Turbo's?

I'm curious as to why the LTZ Turbo is in constraint while the LT Turbo's are not?
The LT Turbo's are currently being produced and sold.
If it were a noise issue, wouldn't ALL the Sonic Turbo's be in constraint and not just the LTZ's?

One would think. I am about to adopt the theory of the leather covered shifter. I know that defies common sense, but what else is there?
