PCV system failure

My PCV system is acting up and I’m going to do the PCV fix kit, replace the hose going to the turbo and replace the valve cover, how long is it okay to drive the car with the PCV issues, it’s not as bad as some cases I’ve seen but there is a noticeable lag/rough idle and a light chirping at low engine rpm, other than that it seems like it accelerates fine but not as much power as before the issues, should I limit my driving until I get everything taken care of?

Edit: Also I would like to remove the tumblers in the intake manifold while I have it out of the car, would there be any driveability issues if I don’t get the car tuned first?

Does this work better than the version 2 fix kit, I had planned on removing the intake manifold to remove the tumblers anyway and that’s when I was going to install the fix kit

It should last the same. It's just a lot cheaper and a lot easier
