Please help me figure this out

My 2019 1.4t sonic rs has quite a bit of supporting mods and after i installed the pcv fix ported intake manifold, and larger throttle body from zzp i had bnr tune for it. My car on cold starts has been reving to 3k rpm and has started to missfire when underload only when i press the trottle past about 40% down and above 3500 rpm. And i dont have alot of money to throw parts at it anymore. I pulled a data log to send to bnr waiting to hear back. Looked at the data log im running a little rich so that seems fine.

I need help with something similar. Mine typically is close to redline but occasionally around the same rpm as yours. I'm currently trying to rule out a vacuum leak...

Bad coil pack? Have you cleaned the MAF sensor recently? I would clean the sensor, double check all the vacuum lines and wiring connections as a start.

Found my issue vheck your spark plug gap i messaged bnr and thats what they said to check and it fixed it they should be at .025

I have tried it. Nothing has worked for me I believe I have mine at .02 right now because I kept trying to go smaller to fix it. Maybe ill try again :/
