I am not aware of any. I have inquired with Pedders but not received any indication of their intent. I expect something to be developed as they have a turbo Sonic to work on and this is a product they are known for (as well as lowering options).

You'd be nice. I would love to fine tune my suspension. Esp after I get my lowering springs. Get rid of this plastic strut. Good sways and struts and bushings will be nice.
Speaking of good bushings, DDM shifter bushings was a nice upgrade for the shifter from the rubber was. Just throwing that out there. Suspension work is needed!!!

With traction control off the car handels quite nicely for a stock economy car. With stability on it is a sloppy car to drive. Under very aggressive cornering there is a slight hint of being tail happy, but when teh TCS kicks in the car just goes wide and all the fun of cornering is taken away. I guess lowering springs and control arm bushings will help.

I run with my traction control off and anti slip thing at all times, always off. And with the lowering springs, better all round suspension, an intake, and motor mount, this babby is gonna feel nice. And will be better with a tune and exhaust

Energy Suspension doesn't list 'kits', but they have numerous 'universal' bushings in many sizes. If you know which sizes you need, they probably have something that will work.

I've used a company called Prothane in the past for motor mounts. They also do complete kits. Maybe we could get together and see about producing a kit for our cars

I was thinking with the Zzp control arms they already come with polyurethane bushings, so my area of change would be the cross beam in the back it seems as if those were swapped with poly bushings pared with zzp's control arms the cornering should be much improved. maybe we could get custom one made and have a swap in kit available for the sonic?

Which are you refurring to? The two holding the rear axle on the vehicle has rubber bushings. Replacing those with poly bushings should be realy beneficial.

Trailing arm bushings could be made from a urethane material, if there's interest I can look into it, i've done spherical ball joint CAB's before and some custom Delrin bushings for some of my projects, how many people would seriously want to buy them?

So far on my other car the Powerflex poly trailing arm bushings have proven more durable and long lasting than the GM rubber bushings. It seems to me that all car rubber bushings are comfortable but short sighted..ie get the customers money and who
cares if they wear out in 5 years. Don't get me started on what do we do when our subframe bushings start going.
But how hard arm is the Sonic rear trailing arm bushing to get out? I wouldn't want to take the entire twist beam and trailing arm off the car to press it out.
