I ended up breaking up whatever held it in with a precision flat head driver and pulling the thin black line out instead of cutting it.

And its back in! What a huge change in the upper RPM range and it feels a bit stronger at the bottom! Great mod for the budget plan, right up there with the RNI and exhaust delete.

The problem I have with the generic term I left gearing as....... is a follows..........



Basic final gear rarios don't mean sh!t!!!!!!!!!!! If you're talking only ONE gear this whole thimg is true............. long story short I did jumps in 3rd that people in 2nd gear were struggleing to do in 2nd gear in a signifiacantly shorter gearing

Did mine, red lining like crazy now... Car acted derp and threw a code, but after clearing it all worked fine.

ported my intake today, took about 3 and a half hrs for everything. the longest part was figuring out how to get a bunch of the stuiped conectors to come apart. but car runs like a champ. after getting it back together it threw a code and ran like **** after a few miles, but cleared that and its running great now. deffently feels like more power in the top end and donst fall on its face after 5k rpms
