I'll let you guys know how that turns out. For now I check the water level before and after every time I drive the Sonic LTZ. Even if I only drive it down to the grocery store 5 miles away. Now the forum says I have to wait 62 seconds before I can try to post again. I'm game to any scheme to prevent SPAM. While I'm waiting I'd like the group's recommendation on a temp gauge for the car. One of that also gives the error codes would be nice consider the before mentioned shop was $70 just to do that. And then there was the one key problem. Their solution was around $125 for to have a spare key. I said NO thank you. Happy Sonic driving to all. And pick your repair shop carefully.
