When i take my car in for service, it reminds me of when I had big money and was buying new BMW's for me and Lexuses for the wife every two years. They meet you at the door, you hang out in a nice airy lounge with wifi and a coffee bar while a porter whisks your car off to a shop that's as clean as a laboratory. Its not terribly hard to talk them into a loaner if it's going to be multiple hours.
Took it in to get the rear seat popped back into place, as it had come out when I was putting it down. Apparently, the tech must have misplaced the cargo floor, as I noticed it was missing a couple weeks later. No questions, no hemming and hawing. "Let us take a look around the shop, but if we cant find it we'll order one tomorrow, no charge." Dropped by to get it yesterday. In and out in five minutes.
If you're in Central Florida and you're thinking about a new Chevrolet, I'd recommend them highly. I'm a bastard of a customer to keep happy, but I've bought two new cars from them in the last year.
(OP has no relationship to David Maus Chevrolet other than as a happy, repeat customer)
