Purchased the car used (2014 RS) about a month ago. On my way home from work was listening to the radio, stopped went into a store and came out started the car. Radio screen displays 89.1 fm 0.0 om the presets and none of the buttons work no sound and back up camera doesn't work. Tried shutting it off and turning it on no change. Called dealer and told not covered under CPO and out of warranty due to inservice date. Anyone have this issue?

Yes it is lol. Actually found a video that said shut it off for two minutes if you can't because you are driving hit the black Onstar button wait for the Onstar ready message then hit it again to disconnect Onstar and it should do it. i had the car off for a couple of hours and when i went back out the radio was ok. thanks for the advice.
