Yes that was in 6th!

SX--you should have seen it climb when I was cruising through town at 35.

Reminds me of the Cruze's gearing. I seem to recall it being 3K at 70mph in the Cruze.

Now this might be old school thinking and false, but in my opinion running an engine at or close to 3500rpm for extended periods will not result in a long healthy life (shot in 100-150K)?

Any opinions on that?


And why does yours show up bigger than mine as thumbnails?

Idk? I upload them as "best".

I'd like to hear about this 3500 rpm thing too. IMO 80 is not an unreasonable speed, although most of my driving is done in the 65-70 range, this was a special trip.
