Did you try rubbing it with a towel to see if it smudges? It may come off easier than you think.

yeah i have one spot on my other rim i did by mistake but i have no idea how i got this black mark on it.. i borrowed some goo stuff from my friend and will try to get it off when i get my car back

Try the goo gone and then maybe clay bar it to see if you can pull up the mark without damaging the wheels paint.
