My LS does not have bluetooth, so I would like something for handsfree driving. Initially, I liked this one:

I liked it because you can connect it to the Aux port, and phone conversation and/or music will actually come through the cars speaker, but then that means you need to be in Aux mode the whole time. I'm usually on FM, and do not stream music, so that wouldn't work.
In that case, that would mean I need a regular bluetooth speaker and just settle for phone calls to come off of the speaker.
So do you guy have any suggestions on which to use? What do you like?
