Remote start not working 2013

I press lock twice horn beeps, hit remote start the parking lights flash, then nothing. Any suggestions?

Well...that's not the procedure for the 13 RS as stated in my owners manual.

My manual says to hit the lock button once followed by the remote start button within 10 seconds. Hold remote start button till lights flash and release. Car should start.

I am not saying that your doing it wrong! I'm just passing on what the manual says for my 13 RS.

I was told to hit the lock button twice before holding the button for three seconds. Do you have an engine light? It can prevent remote start from working I discovered when the POS air hose ripped in my 2013.
