revv limiter

it seems like the revv limiter not only limits the revvs but also feels exactly like traction control when it hits the rev limiter.

I have my ABS fuse pulled and it still feels like it. it also drops all the boost. When i go into a hard 90 degree turn, from first to second it hits the limiter and i loose ALL my power.

Is there anything i can do about this? Is trifecta able to fix this?

any thoughts would be helpful.

the rev limiter closes the throttle plate, which blows off the boost. Trifecta has No Lift Shift, but that only works if you clutch before the rev limit. driver mod is the only way to fix it.

How are you nailing the rev limiter in an automatic?

I'm guessing by flooring the throttle on a hard turn and spinning to it.

I was spinning the tires on purpose. I was just curious about the rev limiter.

ah, well, in an auto there isn't a tune fix for it.

I used to do that crap in my Toyota, its fun but not faster than gripping through and driving it instead of riding it.

I used to think seeing cars burning rubber was cool. Now the only thing that comes to mind is poor traction.
