RS suspension in LT

I swear I search for this answer!
I just bought an LT model and it needs front struts. I thought I'd look into converting to an RS suspension. If I do that, what will I need? Shocks and springs for both the front and the back? Just springs in the back, since those shocks are good? Anything else?

Also, the front end is clunking like crazy. Do I need strut mounts or anything else?

Yes, OEM is expensive. If I were you, I would call if them if you want to find individual part numbers.

Thanks. So it looks like it uses the same from shocks. Just differnt rear shocks and spings all around?

Oh actually that kit is to modify suspension on an RS. I was looking to change my suspension to be close to a stock RS one.

I apologize, wrong link. I found this thread about the GM suspension upgrade. If you look at post #16, Stew says that the only difference between RS and non-RS are the struts, shocks, and RS springs are 10mm lower. I put in the GMPP suspension a couple weeks ago that drops the LT by 20mm (lower than a stock RS by 10mm). The ride is great and the drop is very conservative, I don't know if I would even know its lowered without another Sonic next to it. This seems like a good route to go, espeically if you don't really want to drop it. Lookswise I would prefer lower and I have had lower vehicles in the past, but with snow and potholes in this area this kit is a good compromise.

Theres a good chance the sway bar end links are clunking. They are a cheap and easy part to replace either way.

If you're looking for handling, you can finish the job by adding a ZZP rear sway bar. Really makes a difference.
